Champney’s at the Deerfield Inn is a relaxed fine dining restaurant with an extensive wine list, 101 martinis, gourmet food prepared with fresh, local ingredients and an atmosphere and hours to suit almost everyone. Champney’s is open Friday-Monday, serving from 6:00 pm (5:00 pm during off season winter months), and the comfortable tavern with its own menu and wide screen tv is open daily for lunch and casual dinner.

Welcome to Champney's

For our 125th anniversary at the Deerfield Inn, we've given ourselves the gift of a name for our dining room. James Wells Champney, engraver, photographer, and painter, lived on Deerfield's Main Street while teaching at Smith College. Our relaxed fine dining venue is open F-M and the comfortable tavern is open seven nights with its own tavern menu. We offer a great list of 101 martinis, a wide selection of imported & domestic bottled and draft beers, an extensive wine list with more than 20 wines by the glass, & a cigar humidor so you can enjoy a smoke outside on the rockers.
